Grated and perfectly sun-dried Belizean coconut and spices make this marinade so unique. Mix 1 Tablespoon per 1/4c water. Stir and marinate seafood of choice. Use as breading for fried fish or shrimp, or in soups and curries. Cook as desired and serve with fresh lime. Enjoy!
