For Belizean Stewed Chicken, Pork, Fish, Shrimp, Lobster, or Beef. Add 1 tablespoon of the spice paste and 3 tablespoons of water for every 2 pounds of meat and coat well. Add a little water if needed, fry onions and bell peppers if desired and the meat in a small amount of oil, add water as it sticks to create a gravy. Also great for marinades for barbeque or roasted meats.
