Exotic Belizean Hardwood Phone Stand

Made by local artisan, Wayne, each of these useful and convenient phone stands are simply perfect. In fact, I’m using mine right now!

Made from mahogany or guanaste hardwood and hand carved. These phone stands are two pieces so they go completely flat for easy transport. I slip mine into the pocket of my day planner so I can have my mobile office on the go.

The stand is thoughtfully designed with a slot for your charger or accessory cable to wind through so it’s out of the way.

We can customize the wording or design to your specifications. Since they are all hand made by one artist, it’s no problem. What a great stocking stuffer or office team gift.

Turmeric Oil Face Serum with Powerful Antioxidants

Turmeric Oil Face Serum is made using turmeric root which is wildcrafted and Belizean coconut oil.

Turmeric oil is rich in powerful antioxidants and has been shown to slow down the effect of aging on the skin by tightening sagging and loose skin, thus making it firmer and more elastic. Its anti-inflammatory properties and soothing effects help reduce inflammation and redness and keep skin hydrated and healthy.

Turmeric has also been shown to assist with hyperpigmentation.

A natural part of using turmeric is that it does stain fabric and is often used as a dye, so mind your pillow cases if you use it before you sleep.

I don’t cook. Also, I eat like a fussy toddler or a frat boy (redundant?). As I age I become increasingly aware of the need to feed actual “food” to your body (cheese and crackers no longer count as ‘food’). I’m always looking for ways to sneak more nutrition in the few things I do make to eat.

I had no idea about turmeric or it’s uses, so when I found these folks I was shocked to hear about it. It’s pretty good stuff, but it needs to be consumed with black pepper for best absorption, so it’s been added.

It has a rather strong “limey” taste, so I didn’t love it in the banana/strawberry smoothie I like, but i DID absolutely love it in the soy taco mixture I make. It really made the taco seasoning flavor more….taco-y.

Ingredients- The best of Belize. Whole root turmeric, Fresh Lime juice, Cold pressed coconut oil, sea salt and black pepper.

Whats even better is that we work with 350 small growers in Toledo and our team at the factory are all amazing Belizean.

Turmeric Face Mask

Turmeric Face Mask – “Get Your Glow On”

Turmeric has been used for centuries to restore glow, heal blemishes and treat uneven skin tone.

Mix 1 tbsp of “Get Your Glow On” with 2 tsp warm water and mix into a paste. Apply to face avoiding eye area.

Relax and let dry for 10 – 15 minutes, rinse well with warm water.

Repeat up to 3 times per week

Ingredients: Avena sativa (oat) flour*, Cocoa nucifer (coconut) milk powder*, wildcrafted curcuma longa (turmeric) root powder.

*certified organic

Net Weight: 2 oz

10 applications per bag.

I developed Boat Lips Lip Balm made with Pure Belizean Cocoa Butter for an obvious reason – dry, chapped, salt-abused lips after spending time on a boat. Fantastic nourishing lip balm for dry, chapped or otherwise unhappy lips. Use liberally on the skin around your lips to help keep that skin fresh and deeply hydrated to ward off lines and crevices.

Made with Pure Belizean Cocoa Butter, Pure Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Belizean Coconut Oil, Soy and extra virgin olive oil.

Having grown weary of rings on gorgeous wood tables, we knew there had to be a better solution. We cut some pressed board, found the glue gun and sisel twine and got to work!
