There are 88 mandalas in this fun, relaxing coloring book. The patterns are inspired by the Maya of the region. The designs are a perfect range for anyone who enjoys coloring. There are mandalas that are a bit more and a few that are a bit less. If you are looking for a gift for a child or an adult, this is a good one

What I personally like about this book is that I can chose if I want a “commitment” (more detailed) or a mental intermezzo (less detailed, easy to complete). Great book for clearing the mind and helping to relax the brain.

Each mandala also has a brief title/explanation. The book is in Spanish and has a detailed index of all the animals, spirits and mandalas depicted within.
